David and the girls
Me and the girls (No we didn't get a family picture on Christmas day this year...ugh! Oh well, there's always next year!)Christmas morning was SO fun this year! It was our first year to come home and sleep her so the girls could wake up in the own beds and see what Sants brought to our house.
Another Home Depot purchase, and it turned out to be BEAUTIFUL! I seriously LOVE the way those trees smell. Does anyone know of a candle that smells like that? I would totally buy it and keep it out all year long. I LOVE IT!
Annie's stuff is on the left. Her big gift was a doll house and then some books and puzzles. Charlotte got a little alligator that bounces balls around and then some little pooh figurines. We got them each a little soccer ball and some Little People things. Annie's favorite gift at home was her Tinkerbell art set. We so enjoyed being home together and just celebrating Christmas at our house. It was super special.
Here is our tree from this year....

It was super special. After opening stockings, eating breakfast, and opening presents, we loaded up and headed over to Dee and Pete's house. It was super nice because we literally just got in the car....no changing clothes or getting ready, just hop in the car. I LOVE spending all of Christmas in my pj's, and I hope that tradition lasts forever. It's so fun!
Annie looks a little sleepy in this picture, but I think she is just watching all the craziness of everyone opening presents. :)
Charlotte playing with a cup while we all opened stockings at Dee and Pete's.
Mamaw (in her traditional Christmas sweater from the 80's..ha), Papaw, Katie, Sarah, and Natalie opening presents.Honestly, those are the only pictures I took all day. I know I need to do a better job about taking pictures of special days, but it is just so fun to actually be a part of what is going on. The girls had so much fun opening presents and then playing with everything. We loved getting to spend time with all our aunts and uncles, grandparents, and even great-grandparents. It was just a fun and special day. I am already looking forward to next year!
